Once upon a time in 1979, we stepped into the legendary "Castle" as customers. The flavors, the warmth, the fun—it was love at first bite. Years later, we traded our seats at the table for aprons behind the counter, and today, we’re honored to serve Albuquerque a slice of nostalgia.
